The special cleaner LIXTON W1/H/soft was developed by the renowned roller and tape pressure roller manufacturer TGW.
Developed for professionals
The LIXTON cleaner is highly efficient and outperforms conventional cleaning fluids from the amateur sector (such as isopropanol). When cleaning a pressure roller or drive belt, the protection of the plasticizer in the rubber mixture is crucial. Isopropanol is less suitable for this.
Pinch Rollers
With a few drops of W1/H/soft you can clean your pressure roller very reliably. Dirt, abrasion, nicotine and grease are removed after just a few turns of the pressure roller and a cotton swab. The surface of the pressure roller or the drive belt is slightly roughened and thus receives an optimal surface. In the case of very old pressure rollers, the cleaning process can be carried out 2-3 times in quick succession.
Drive Belts - Drive Belts
Drive belts can also be cleaned with a few drops of W1/H/soft. Dampen a small piece of cotton cloth or cotton pad. Grip the drive belt with the pad/cloth and let the drive start up. The pressure/tension should only act slightly on the belt. The belt is cleaned after 10-15 turns.
