The Grundig TS1000 autoreverse board is required if you want to operate an auto-reverse tape head carrier on your TS1000 tape machine. The circuit board was developed as a replica in cooperation with the specialists from TS1000.DE and BEIS.DE according to the specifications of the Grundig company from 1976. Attention was paid to the timing (7s) of the switching processes for reverse mode in order to protect the capstan motor in reverse mode.

The circuit board was equipped with the latest SMD components. The plug-in connection is of high quality and is provided with a plug-on protection. This prevents the PIN from being plugged in. With the original circuit boards, this had led to the total failure of the drive train.

The circuit board can remain plugged in like the Grundig original circuit board, for example if a normal 4-track or 2-track head carrier is attached.
